unfortunately there's no free method available for locked by carrier devices.
you can do that by hardware or any only online auth service.. but that will cost a lot.
better go to any technician nearby & he will do that.

usually Refurbished phones in Pakistan comes with unlocked bootloader by hardware method. android 16 update has reverted those custom changes.
